“I really appreciated that John answered the phone every time I called (which was a lot) and was patient with answering all of my questions. The movers were incredibly efficient without being careless. I did find one box stacked on top of another that said “fragile do not place heavy items on top” but luckily nothing was damaged. The guys were really nice and also patient with me as I made some last minute decisions. This service was about $500 more expensive than some other quotes I got, but ultimately worth it because I felt confident that the move would go well. And it did!”

“I was very satisfied with the move. This company is slightly more expensive than comparable ones, but I think it was worth it. They wrapped up my matress in plastic wrap to avoid a bed bug infection. There was no damage to anything, and they did a great job. Very very satisfied. ”

“We used EQM for a long distance move from Queens to PA and everything went very smoothly. They reconfirmed the appt, showed up on time and worked quickly. We got a flat rate quote that included everything and they stuck to that, there were no hidden charges. We were worried about some glass cabinets we had but they did a great job packing the pieces carefully, nothing broken or damaged. Overall everything went quickly and smoothly, couldn’t ask for much more from movers! I chose them based on their reviews and very glad I did. City Move took a lot of the stress out of finding a mover.”

“I usually don’t bother to write reviews, but in this case, I have to go out of my way to thank and praise the team of movers from Excellent Quality Movers. Andre and his crew showed up early on the day of the move, did a quick assessment of my apartment, and got started very quickly. They came prepared with all the necessary supplies and took great care of both the large pieces of furniture, as well as the smaller, more fragile items. Most pieces were wrapped in plastic, including the mattress. They were extremely efficient and courteous. From the time they arrived at the destination, it took less than an hour to get everything off the truck and into the apartment, including a few rearrangements of furniture. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I had a great experience with these guys. I had them move my stuff out of storage and drop them at two different locations. They met me on time and move everything carefully and efficiently. The first drop off took less than 20 minutes and the final drop off was quick as well. All in all, they moved a 7 x 7 storage room (couch, coffee table, dining room table, chairs, desk, rug, cabinet, lamps, etc) to two different locations in under 3 hours. Two thumbs up”

NYC – JERSEY CITY MOVE
“Me and my gf moved from two separate locations in NY to one location in Jersey City. Loc 1 was on ground floor but with lot of items. Loc 2 was 5th flr walk up but limited items. Drop off was elevator bldg. This is the second time we have used Excellent Mover’s services. The experience was as good as we had expected and wanted. They were very efficient, fast, careful, and courteous. I would use them again though I hope I don’t move again for next couple of years atleast!..”
